Spain is generally incredibly welcoming to foreigners and anyone trying to try something new within their borders. There are, however, general requirements needed in order to be able to achieve this. This goes for students who wish to spend an extended period of time in Spain in association with their studies. Students have many opportunities with the student visa but there are general requirements needed and information to keep in mind when applying.

Spain is an incredibly inclusive and diverse country with many people seeking to move there and start new lives. Many of these people are parents and seek a concise way to understand the Spanish educational system. Luckily, it is a very simple and comprehensive system that can be explained very easily.  

Según la RAE, el término apalancamiento es la acción de “levantar o mover algo con la ayuda de una palanca”. Este concepto viene a decir que gracias a un instrumento externo podemos multiplicar nuestra fuerza individual. En el mundo financiero ocurre lo mismo, ya que también se pueden utilizar determinadas palancas para repercutir en los resultados de la empresa. Se utilizan dos tipos de palancas: palanca financiera y palanca operativa.  

Hace algunos años, en el área de recursos humanos no se quería saber nada de la tecnología. Existía el temor de que se deshumanizara el departamento. Ya se sabe, «los empleados no son números, son personas». Recientemente, nos hemos pasado al otro extremo y estamos ansiosos por incorporar cualquier novedad o moda, ya sea tecnológica o social; hay que hacer a la fuerza entrevistas o formaciones en el metaverso, es fundamental contar con un gestor de felicidad o los empleados deben trabajar, quieran o no, de manera híbrida (presencial y online).
