El trabajo lo he desarrollado en cinco capítulos: He empezado por definir y resumir los conceptos “Marketing Experience”, “Customer Experience” y “Gestión de la Marca”. En los siguientes capítulos empiezo por exponer la situación del sector turístico y del Rent a Car en concreto, para posteriormente plantear el sentido de una estrategia de “Customer Experience” en el mundo del Rent a Car, presentando un modelo de éxito, como es el caso de Enterprise Holding.
