Teacher evaluation is one of the key processes in the quality of teaching that an educational institution offers. ESIC, in its culture of continuous improvement, has developed a process of teacher evaluation based on teaching satisfaction surveys together with the assessments by Academic Management.
This process has been and continues to be one of the pillars of the quality levels in teaching that are highlighted from the Mission to the Values of ESIC.
With the arrival of the new European Educational Framework regulations, ESIC was given an even greater boost to the evaluation of teaching activity processes.
The evaluation of teaching designed under the Teaching Model Reference Framework provides an even more detailed and regulated model that will become stronger over time, both in maintaining the desired levels of teaching activity quality of the degrees, and in the professional development of teachers within their activity within the institution.
The ESIC Teacher Evaluation Model is carried out annually.
