The ESIC Quality Management System (SGC-ESIC) establishes how this Affiliated University Centre (commonly known as a school) uses its corporate bodies, regulations, criteria, processes, etc. to improve the quality of its degrees, the selection and promotion of its teaching staff, the planning and development or the results of learning and also how it involves different stakeholders in the design, development, evaluation and dissemination of its training activities.
Scope
Affects the design and delivery of training activities in its divisions:
- Languages
- Corporate Education
- Postgraduate
- University
- Editorial
- Complementary and support services for academics
- ICEMD
This quality manual includes both the policy and values shared by the people who form part of ESIC as well as the organization and general lines of action that are to be followed in carrying out the different tasks and activities.
ESIC's philosophy in terms of quality is reflected in the policy and objectives that the management itself established and is committed to fulfilling.
The various chapters of the quality manual refer to procedures that describe in more detail how the work is to be done.
This system for carrying out work, as well as the responsibilities associated with the different activities, must be known and applied by everyone within ESIC, in order to guarantee the quality of the services provided and ensure the efficient functioning of the organization.
The quality manual and the information contained in it is the property of ESIC and consequently it cannot be transferred or reproduced in whole or in part without express authorization from management..
